Kenilworth Front Garden

The clients had recently moved into a beautiful property and wanted a garden to match. The large front garden was plain and unloved - a thick layer of ivy concealed an attractive stone wall and the space was largely lawn. The brief was for colour with a modern formal feel and natural screening from the road.

We initially altered the lawn, to give it a defined shape and increase the space for planting. The ivy was fully removed and a local stonemason employed to repoint. Trees were introduced to bring some much needed privacy and to provide blossom in early spring. The garden is planted in shades of white, purple and pink and has a long season of interest - starting with blossom and tulips in the spring, through to the white Hydrangeas in late summer. This garden will continue to grow and establish in the years to come.
